White Birch Bark Tube, Approximately 4 inches in diameter and 20 inches long

Ask a question

Natural hollow white birch bark tube. Great for weddings, crafts, taxidermy, landscaping or placed with plants. Perhaps could be a condo to one of your 8 legged friends in a vivarium. Gathered from downed birch trees from wind and found on my own birch tree haven in North Central Wisconsin. The piece is approximately 20 inches long with a diameter is about 4 inches.

The seller shipped the item very quickly, so it has arrived by the date I requested. The bark is a bit brittle, and more fragile than I expected (a few small pieces broke off removing it from the box, and removing the stuffing paper). But I suppose this is the nature of birch bark? 🤔 I have heard it has to be bent opposite to the natural curve of it's growth to make it stronger. At any rate, I bought this to make part of a rustic gift wrapping for a large knife, and it will serve that purpose well enough. 👍
